Bundles Load in Unity 5.0 for OS X, DLLs Can’t Load in Unity 5.0 for Windows

I’ve been working on a cross-platform (Windows/Mac) project for a while that I just updated to Unity 5, and the update seems to have broken library linking on the Windows side. I’m using the Oculus plugin DLL and a DLL that I’ve written myself, and when I try to call any function in either of them, it returns this error: Failed to load ‘Assets/Plugins/x86_64/OculusPlugin.dll’ with error ‘The specified module could not be found. I’m using the 64-bit Unity 5 editor and both DLLs are 64-bit, located in the x86_64 folder in the Plugins directory. This error only appears to occur on the Windows side; the Mac bundles use nearly identical code and load perfectly. The libraries have not changed since they were functional on both platforms in Unity 4.6.3. Any advice on making my Windows DLLs load properly in Unity 5 like my Mac Bundles do?
