matlab DLL

Hello, I create a DLL file in Matlab 2008a, and I use this DLL file in my Unity project, everything is ok when I play the game. But, after I build the project to generate an exe file, the exe file can run but it can not do the matlab's dll work, the code which should execute in matlab is not performed.
